The structure of the belt conveyor automatic correction device is quite different from the traditional correction device. It mainly consists of a deviation adjustment roller, an inclined friction roller, a bracket, and a deviation adjustment frame. The bracket is stuck on the channel steel of the belt frame, and the installation size of the inclined roller is the same as that of the standard roller bracket of the belt conveyor. The deflecting roller is installed on the bracket, and the friction roller (ordinary roller) is installed on the inclined bracket. When the belt conveyor runs out of direction, such as the belt conveyor runs to the left, the lateral force of the left idler roller on the belt is greater than that of the right. The reaction force of the roller pulls the belt to the right, and at the same time adjusts the deviation frame, the left side rotates an angle forward, so that the left side of the whole device is behind the front and the right side. According to the rule of "after running, not forward", the belt moves to the right. So as to achieve the purpose of automatic deviation adjustment.
