2, The surface of drive plulley includes three type: smooth, plastic and cast plastic. Usually the smooth pulley can be used on condition that the power is not big, and the the ambient temperature is low. The plastic surface pulley should be used when it is easy to slip.
The quality of cast plastic pulley is better.Becasue the external surface layer is wear-resistant. The packed plastic drum can achieve the same performance. It's easy to replace rubber surface , easy to maintain.And it's also be considerde affordable and durable.
