The disassembly process and precautions of the bearing in the Impact roller
1. The disassembly of cylindrical bore bearings: The disassembly of the inner ring can be easily pulled out with a press machine. At this time, pay attention to let the inner ring bear its pulling force. The oil pressure method is used to disassemble the inner ring of large bearings. Oil pressure is applied through the oil hole provided on the shaft to make it easy to draw. For bearings with a large width, the hydraulic method and the drawing fixture are used together for disassembly operations. The inner ring of NU and NJ cylindrical roller bearings can be disassembled by induction heating. It is a method to heat the part in a short time to expand the inner ring and then pull it out.
2. Disassembly of the bearing: disassemble the relatively small bearing with adapter sleeve, support the inner ring with the stopper fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back several times, and use the spacer to knock it off with a hammer. Large-scale bearings are easier to disassemble by oil pressure. The oil is pumped through the oil hole on the tapered shaft to expand the inner ring and disassemble the bearing. During operation, the bearing may suddenly come out, so it is better to use the nut as a stop.
3. Disassembly of the outer ring: disassemble the outer ring of the interference fit, and set several screws for the outer ring extrusion screw on the circumference of the housing in advance, tighten the screw evenly on one side, and remove it at the same time. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs and separable bearings such as tapered roller bearings. Several cuts are provided on the housing shoulders. Use spacers to remove them with a press or gently tap them to remove them.
Therefore, the disassembly of the bearing should be carried out as carefully as the installation. Be careful not to damage the bearings and various parts, especially the disassembly of interference fit bearings, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, it is important to consider in advance the ease of disassembly during the design stage, and it is also important to design and manufacture disassembly tools according to needs. When disassembling, discuss the disassembly method and sequence according to the drawings, and investigate the matching conditions of the bearing to ensure that the disassembly operation is foolproof.
